After a few years of using the same web hosting company, it seems they have become plagued by technical difficulties and have become unreliable. I am in the process of changing servers, so please be sure and check back again soon to discover a better functioning (and more current) web site. Unfortunately during the transfer between hosts, some of the data was lost, so I am having to reconstruct pages. Even if the page remained, I have discovered that the information has been clipped, so I am working to fill everything back in as quickly as I can.
