Premier of Brass Fanfare
As part of the festivities to dedicate the new bronze statue of St. Michael at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe, I have been asked to compose a short brass fanfare arrangement and setting of the hymn tune "National Hymn" that will be used for the entrance banner procession. As this is a last minute request, I'm delighted that the project is small in scope. Audio of the piece is now available here.

CFAGO Spooktacular
A SPOOKTACULAR costume concert by members of the local chapter of the American Guild of Organists on the Trexler Memorial Ruffatti Organ. Along with other CFAGO members playing seasonal favorites, I will premiere a new seasonal organ composition - Louis Vierne Meets The Munsters. Christmas with the Basilica Choir
The Basilica's annual celebration of Advent and Christmas music, featuring favorites for choir and orchestra. And don't forget the sing-along! As outlined in the first Secret Concert posting, this will be an extended time of musical reflection on the themes of the season. Most of the music will be improvised, though some repertoire may also be included.
